Stephen is a part-time Public Services Librarian Assistant providing reference and research assistance since 1992, and the full-time Library Director of the National Guard Professional Education Center in North Little Rock. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.Ed. from ATU, and he is a long-time member of the Arkansas Library Association. In his spare time, Stephen enjoys gardening.
