Finding CDs, DVDs, or Audiobooks
Check the DVD diplays (South entrance of the Library) to view a sample of our multimedia collection.
A Basic Search in Library Catalog will tell you if the Library holds the CD or DVD.
Students cannot browse the physical collection, but one can consult printed catalogs of all CDs and DVDs (there are still some VHS tapes) in the Music Lab or online:
Once you find the title you want, write down its call number.
Can't Find It? We Can Help!
Go to the Reference Desk or in the Music Lab on the 2nd floor of the Library.
Borrowing CDs, DVDs, or Audiobooks
If the Music Lab is closed, but the Library is still open, go to the Circulation Desk.
Students can check out CDs, DVDs, and audiobooks just like one would check out a book, but only for 3 days. Loan periods for videos or music on reserve are either 4 hours or 3 days. Come to the Music Lab (Room 210 on Library 2nd floor) with the call number of the title you want.
The loan period for multimedia material is 28 days. Faculty can show his or her Tech ID at the Music Lab to browse the physical collection.
Call Lowell Lybarger (479-964-0584) if you wish to place an item in reserve.
Faculty can also bring in personally owned material to put on reserve. Reserves last for one semester unless otherwise indicated.
