Cass has been at ATU since 2002. She is Pendergraft's Circulation Manager and helps her husband run his bicycle shop in Russellville, Poppa Wheelies. Prior to coming to Tech, she was a coffee shop manager, and she is presently enrolled in the Business Administration Program.

Cass is active in providing service to the library, serving on the Emergency Action Plan, Library Promotions, Energy Conservation, and Library Usability Committees. In her spare time, Cass is an outdoor enthusiast, serving as the Chair for the Tour de Pumpkin Bicycle Tour, and she is an avid biker, kayaker, hiker, and wilderness camper.
