ServicesInterlibrary Loan
The Interlibrary Loan (ILL) service locates and obtains books (excluding textbooks), articles, and audio/visual items that are not part of the Ross Pendergraft Library & Technology Center's collections. This service is available to currently enrolled students and presently employed staff and faculty with a valid library account that is in good standing.
As you are affiliated with the university, there is no more registration at the Circulation Desk. You are in the Library System and will be be able to use the library services (including ILL) until you leave the university. Your Tech ID is your library card. Cards must be presented when checking out Interlibrary Loan materials at the Reference Desk.
Reminder: textbooks are not available through ILL!
Materials that are available in the Library should NOT be requested. However, items with a lost, missing, at the bindery, or on-reserve status may be requested.
Books and audio items are usually loaned for a period of two weeks. Video items are usually loaned for one week. No Renewals.
Return books and other ILL materials to the Reference Desk. Do not leave ILL items at the Circulation Desk and do not place any of them in book drops.
